Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into this competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Employees and suppliers of Awakeri Hot Springs, Awakeri Rail or ReserveGroup Ltd or their family members or current clients, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.

3. We will use personal data only for the purpose(s) for which they were originally collected and we will ensure personal data is securely disposed of if requested.

4. We will not share your personal information with others unless you have given us your permission.

5. This competition runs from 12th December to 30th January 2017

6. There is 1 (one) prize available of 1 night accommodation in a Motel Room for 2 and 2 tickets for Awakeri Rail 3 hour tour and it must be redeemed by 31st March 2017

7. Awakeri Hot Springs retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Awakeri Hot Springs accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

9 Awakeri Hot Springs reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Awakeri hot Springsin all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The competition will be governed by New Zealand law.

11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Awakeri Hot Springs may require.

12. The winners will be drawn on 2nd February 2017Decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
